Palo IT seeks a Technical Lead to drive cloud-native Azure solutions. You will guide a development team, define architecture strategies, and ensure robust, secure, and scalable digital products.

You will work with AKS, Azure DevOps, and Terraform, mentor engineers, and promote best practices in security and DevOps. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud technologies and AKS.
• Proficient in Cloud Native Architecture and Microservices.
• Knowledgeable in Zero Trust, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor team.

Your Role

As a Technical Lead focused on cloud-native Azure solutions , you will lead a development team in defining and executing architecture strategies to create robust, secure, and scalable digital products.

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for Azure-based solutions, including AKS, ensuring best practices and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish technical standards in areas of development, security, deployment, and observability.
• Lead critical technical decisions related to scalability, performance, and resilience of applications.
• Oversee the correct implementation of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
• Ensure compliance with best practices regarding security, data protection, and access control.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Who You Are

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud technologies, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Registry, Application Gateway, IdentityServer, and Azure DevOps (must).
• Proficient in Cloud Native Architecture and Microservices strategies (must).
• Knowledgeable in Zero Trust Security, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, advanced CI/CD practices, and API design (must).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform (Desirable).
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, FinOps, Chaos Engineering, and SRE practices (Desirable).
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences (must).
• Strong negotiation and strategic decision-making skills, especially under uncertainty (must).

AI-Native Engineering (Core Expectation)

UseGenerative AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a first-class engineering assistant for:

• Code scaffolding and refactoring
• Code generation and optimisation
• Test-cases and documentation generation

Build applications through AI-driven development practices , including:

• AI-assisted debugging and troubleshooting
• Intelligent code completion and pattern recognition
• Automated documentation generation

Apply prompt engineering best practices for reliable, repeatable engineering outcomes.

Validate GenAI output (determinism checks, guardrails, fallback logic).
