PALO IT is seeking a Backend Java Developer to design and implement scalable backend systems for innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and mentor other developers.

The role requires Java 17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices, with strong English communication. You will contribute to R&D projects and work across global teams in a dynamic, AI-forward consultancy.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with Helm, RBAC, autoscaling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• English fluency and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with scalable, secure, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and tech leads.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to R&D projects and internal initiatives.
