PALO IT is seeking an AI Coach/Architect in Mexico City to guide teams through AI-first development. You will shape technical visions and lead architectural designs that empower product teams to leverage AI in their solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in software architecture and AI, with strong GCP and ADK expertise, plus experience with Claude Code and GitHub workflows. This position offers a dynamic, global environment and mentoring opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of software architecture, AI implementations, and coaching teams.
• Proficient in GCP with AI frameworks and tools such as ADK.
• Strong familiarity with Claude Code and GitHub workflows and projects.

Your Role

As an AI Coach/Architect at PALO IT, you will play a critical role in guiding teams through the transformative journey of AI-first development. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will shape technical visions and lead architectural designs that empower product teams to harness the power of AI in their solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Develop architectural frameworks that utilize AI technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in all client projects.

• Mentor and coach engineering teams on AI best practices and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver robust, AI-augmented product features, thereby enhancing user experiences.

• Utilize Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects to facilitate streamlined development processes and project management strategies.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to integrate AI effectively into their workflows.

• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in AI methodologies, ensuring delivery remains at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software architecture, AI implementations, and coaching teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with solid experience in utilizing AI frameworks and tools such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Strong familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub (PR-based workflows) and familiarity with project management through GitHub Projects.

• Demonstrable track record of leading AI-driven projects and guiding diverse teams towards successful implementations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring others.
