PALO IT is seeking a Tech Lead / Architect in Mexico to steer end-to-end delivery of full-stack solutions. You will guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations while contributing hands-on when needed.

We value 10+ years of software engineering leadership, strong full-stack skills in .NET Core, React, Node.js, and MySQL, plus expertise in microservices, API design, and CI/CD. English proficiency is preferred for global collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Strong full stack expertise with .NET Core, React, Node.js.
• Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable tech solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions using patterns like microservices and DDD.
• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs with OpenAPI and versioning.
• Define and enforce engineering standards: CI/CD, testing, reviews, observability.
• Mentor engineers and improve team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps.
• Integrate AI-first practices to boost productivity and quality.
