PALO IT is seeking an AI Coach/Architect in Mexico City to guide teams through AI-first development. You will shape technical visions and lead architectural designs that empower product teams to leverage AI in their solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in software architecture and AI, with strong GCP and ADK expertise, plus experience with Claude Code and GitHub workflows. This position offers a dynamic, global environment and mentoring opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of software architecture, AI implementations, and coaching teams.
• Proficient in GCP with AI frameworks and tools such as ADK.
• Strong familiarity with Claude Code and GitHub workflows and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in AI solution design, implementation, and adoption.
• Develop architectural frameworks for scalable, reliable AI-enabled products.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver AI-augmented features.
• Utilize Claude Code, GitHub PR workflows, and GitHub Projects to manage work.
• Conduct workshops to empower teams to integrate AI into workflows.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI methodologies to stay at the frontier.
