PALO IT is seeking a Tech Lead / Architect in Mexico to steer end-to-end delivery of full-stack solutions. You will guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations while contributing hands-on when needed.

We value 10+ years of software engineering leadership, strong full-stack skills in .NET Core, React, Node.js, and MySQL, plus expertise in microservices, API design, and CI/CD. English proficiency is preferred for global collaboration.

Your Role

As a Tech Lead / Architect with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of full stack solutions end-to-end hands-on when needed while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability using technologies such as .NET Core and React.

• Drive architectural decisions, applying patterns such as microservices, DDD, and event-driven approaches when relevant.

• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs, including versioning, contract-first practices (OpenAPI), and robust error handling.

• Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code practices, testing strategies, CI/CD, code reviews, and observability.

• Foster a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement by coaching engineers and enhancing team dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scopes, assess technical risks, and shape project roadmaps.

• Integrate AI-first engineering practices to enhance productivity and quality in software delivery.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect.

• Strong full stack expertise with proficiency in .NET Core, React, Node.js, and relational databases like MySQL.

• Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture: microservices, Clean Architecture, integration patterns, and API design.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, Git workflows, security best practices, and observability.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with global teams and clients, with professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred).

Nice to have / Strong plus

• Experience with AWS and knowledge of containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ and knowledge of CI/CD tools.

• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC and JWT for secure service implementations.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in high-traffic, performance-tuned systems.
