Cobalto Talent seeks an experienced Dedicated Senior Controller to oversee the financial health of growing US-based SMEs. The role uses AI to automate data processing, improve forecasting, and deliver strategic insights, reducing manual data entry.

The ideal candidate combines accounting expertise with a strong curiosity for AI-driven finance, offering leadership in modernizing client financial workflows while working 100% remotely from LATAM.

Qualificações

• 4-6+ years of progressive FP&A or Controller experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP with US-based clients.
• Experience using Generative AI tools for financial tasks.
• Hands-on with cloud accounting platforms and AI integrations.
• Advanced English (C1) with executive communication skills.
• Integrity, autonomy, and drive to modernize workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end closes for US-based businesses.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze large datasets and generate reports.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts, models, and budgets with AI forecasting.
• Implement AI-driven OCR and AP/AR automation to streamline invoices.
• Prepare and present monthly financial packages to leadership.
• Collaborate with external CPAs for tax compliance.
