Instructure is seeking an AI-First HR Operations Lead to build and scale the operational backbone of an AI-driven HR function. You will design and deploy AI-powered tools across HR workflows, build analytical dashboards, and manage people analytics, partnering with HR leaders to drive measurable efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR or HR operations with hands-on AI deployment, strong data skills, and experience with Workday or similar systems, plus fluency in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR, people analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on AI/tools deployment.
• Experience shipping dashboards or reports used by teams; proficient in common HR tech tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify HR processes suitable for AI automation and build data-driven cases.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR tools across workflows (onboarding, AskHR, policy guidance).
• Own people analytics: build dashboards and reports for HR leaders (headcount, turnover, compensation).
• Scale solutions: measure adoption, iterate rapidly, improve live tools.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, and HRBP teams.
