Kraken is seeking an experienced software engineer to architect and build AI-powered HR solutions. You will own end‑to‑end workflows, integrate HR systems, and ensure governance and data privacy across thousands of employees globally.

You will deploy agentic, multi‑agent workflows with strong human oversight, focusing on production reliability and scalable automation for HR processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML powered apps or agentic systems.
• 2–3+ years on HR/People tech problems, understanding HR workflows and data sensitivity.
• Fluent with AI tooling and deploying AI solutions within HR processes.
• Hands‑on experience building production AI workflows with useful outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of Workday incl. job changes, payroll dependencies, integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy AI powered HR solutions with governance and oversight.
• Create multi‑agent workflows integrating HRIS, ATS, payroll, and ticketing.
• Implement audit trails, error handling, and payroll calendar awareness.
• Ensure data classification and cross‑jurisdiction privacy compliance.
