HopHR is seeking a hands-on Lead Data Engineering Manager in Monterrey to mentor a high-performing team and shape an AWS-based data platform strategy. You will drive data ingestion, transformation, and API development at scale, while promoting AI-enabled workflows and reliable data practices.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with modern data architectures, data governance, and cloud-native tooling to deliver enterprise-ready data solutions.

Formación

• Hands-on, senior data engineering leadership with modern data platforms.
• Experience with AWS-based data lakes, data catalogs, and governance.
• Strong background in Python for data engineering and API development.
