PayJoy is seeking an AI and Automation Analyst to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that streamline processes and reduce manual work. You will bridge business needs with applied AI technology, delivering scalable, reliable, and responsible automation across systems and data sources.

You will develop models and workflows, maintain evaluation pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable efficiency gains while upholding security and privacy standards in a fintech

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools and workflow/RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers and APIs/webhooks.
• Experience with Git and production-grade AI/automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, collaborative and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and build AI/ML and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy models and automation workflows to production.
• Build and maintain prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation pipelines.
• Monitor, test, and improve deployed solutions with metrics and feedback.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure adoption.
