PayJoy, a Public Benefit Corporation, is hiring an AI and Automation Analyst in Mexico City. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automations that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance customer experience across PayJoy's fintech platforms.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Familiar with automation/orchestration tools (n8n, Make/Zapier, Airflow) and RPA concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and RESTful APIs/webhooks.
• Experience applying responsible AI, security, and compliance best practices in production.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and build AI/ML and automation solutions (LLM apps, agents, RPA, workflows).
• Deploy models and automation workflows into production, connecting with systems and data sources.
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering, retrieval (RAG), and evaluation pipelines.
• Monitor performance, cost, latency, and accuracy; iterate based on metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and enable adoption.
• Coordinate with security/IT and Data teams to ensure privacy and governance.
