Qualifications

• AS9100 certification or equivalent
• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3+ years in aerospace B2B or distribution sales
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, contracts, and flow-downs for feasibility and compliance
• Validate alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities
• Identify and elevate special quality or regulatory clauses
• Ensure pricing structures meet approved margin thresholds
• Manage accounts to increase revenue and share of wallet
• Develop annual account plans with measurable goals
• Prepare competitive quotations within timelines
• Monitor quote conversion and maintain ERP pricing data
• Collaborate with CSRs, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting
• Support management reviews with accurate reporting
