Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Sales Sr. Representative to support the Mexican market. You will handle quotations, orders, and reporting while traveling to customer sites to build relationships with airlines, MROs, and military operators.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in sales or account management, and strong English skills. Expect a dynamic, travel-heavy environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years in Sales, Inside Sales or B2B Account Management preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico with valid driver’s license and passport.
• Fluent/advanced English required; strong business writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFQs, POs, and reporting in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics to meet lead times and inform customers.
• Travel within Mexico to visit customers and strengthen relationships.
• Develop monthly sales reports and executive presentations for business reviews.
