Job summary

ITT Inc. in Nogales, Mexico seeks an experienced Customer Service Specialist from the Aerospace Industry to act as the focal point between ITT and a major account for processing customer orders and ensuring accurate, timely responses.

The role requires 5 years in order/customer service, ERP system knowledge (Oracle preferred), and fluent English. You will coordinate order entry, quotes, and schedule changes while maintaining data integrity across departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in order/customer service.
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order management and order entry.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to turnaround times.
• Provide post-sale order status, support through contract completion.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax.
• Prepare and submit price quotes and negotiate terms.
• Review purchase order terms and conditions.
• Support forecast through order and backlog analysis.
• Liaise with finance on credits and invoice issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
