Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience; internally, 2 years within the company.
• Advanced English required.
• Proven proficiency with Oracle system.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately across sales channels.
• Enter order details into the Oracle system with correct shipping dates.
• Detect and correct inconsistencies before processing.
• Maintain open orders according to procedures.
• Communicate with customers using templates to clarify information.
• Include promos in orders during entry.
• Adhere to the quality system in daily duties.
• Register new addresses for established accounts.
• Conduct internal audits of customer orders.
• Record performance metrics on productivity and quality.
