Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks a Customer Account Administration professional to create and edit SAP sales orders, ensure export compliance, and coordinate with Finance and Shipping to meet customer requirements.

The role requires ERP experience (SAP SD), order processing, English proficiency for international interactions, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in business administration or related and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (including but not limited to SAP or similar platforms), specifically with expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Proven experience in order entry and order administration, including managing order processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and updating order statuses in ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
• English Proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks.
• Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customers.
• Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
• Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
• Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs).
• Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure professional interaction with international clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring successful outcomes
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
