Job summary

ITT Inc., con sede en EE. UU., busca un Especialista de Servicio al Cliente para la industria aeroespacial, enfocado en ser enlace entre ITT y cuentas de clientes clave para procesar órdenes y garantizar el cumplimiento de actividades rutinarias.

Se requiere educación en Ingeniería o Administración y al menos 5 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente. Se valorará conocimiento de ERP (Oracle) y dominio de Office.

Qualifications

• Formación en Ingeniería o Administración.
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente en aeroespacial o industrias relacionadas.
• Conocimiento de ERP (Oracle es plus) y paquete Office.

Responsibilities

• Gestión de órdenes de compra, ingreso y confirmación; coordinar cambios de agenda del cliente.
• Mantener integridad de datos y cumplir tiempos de entrega.
• Proporcionar estado de pedidos post-venta, soporte al cliente y a la aplicación por teléfono, correo y fax.
• Administrar requerimientos del cliente en portales.
• Preparar cotizaciones y negociar precio y plazos de entrega para productos heredados.
• Revisar términos y condiciones de órdenes y apoyar pronósticos de ventas.
• Colaborar con finanzas y otros departamentos para resolver discrepancias de facturación.
• Mantener relaciones y promover comunicación en la cadena de suministro interna.
• Apoyar objetivos del departamento y principios Lean.

Resumen de Posición

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist from the Aerospace Industry that will be the focal point between ITT and a major assign customer account for processing customer orders on all routine business activities.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

• Purchase order management, order entry and order acknowledgment. Coordinate and administer customer schedule change requests.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity and adhere to department turnaround times.
• Provide post sale order status, customer and application support through completion of contract. Communicate with customers daily via telephone, email, and fax correspondence.
• Administer customer requirements via customer web portals as needed.
• Prepare and submit price quotes and negotiate price and delivery schedule for legacy products.
• Review and properly apply purchase order terms and conditions.
• Support Sales and Orders forecast through order, backlog and customer order performance analysis and tracking activities.
• Obtain and report supplier performance/ score card report. Resolve any discrepancies.
• Mitigate customer complaints concerning billing/invoice disputes and services rendered.
• Liaison between ITT finance and customer to provide research and support of credits and invoice re-bills.
• Interface organizationally with all supportive departments as needed to support customer needs.
• Build rapport and promote communication across internal supply chain and drive for issue resolution.
• Promote department objectives and office lean principles.
• Additional duties as assigned

Requisitos del Puesto

EDUCATION: Engineering Degree, Administration Degree

EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in od custumer service

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Possess ERP system knowledge (Experience with Oracle is a plus)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Candidate must be a well-organized, multi-tasking, self-starting individual
• Ability to understand basic purchase order terms and conditions and closely work with contracts department
