Autoliv Safety Technology de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist focused on Learning & Development. The role designs and implements strategic training programs to align workforce capabilities with business goals.

You will lead the DNC process, manage training matrices, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and OEM standards while driving continuous employee development and performance improvements across the manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Learning & Development and employee training.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing Training Needs Assessments (TNA/DNC), training matrices, and internal or external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and drive strategic learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and employee performance.
• Lead the Detection of Training Needs (DNC) process and manage training matrices.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law (LFT), RBA standards, and OEM requirements; support audits.
• Develop and deliver employee development programs to improve organizational performance.

The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning and development initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities, employee performance, and business outcomes.

Is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training processes to ensure workforce capability aligns with business objectives. This role leads to the Detection of Training Needs (DNC), manages training matrices, ensures compliance with legal and customer requirements (e.g., LFT, RBA, OEM standards), and drives employee development initiatives to enhance organizational performance

Previous Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and employee training.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing Training Needs Assessments (TNA/DNC), training matrices, and internal or external audits.

Other

• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), RBA standards, and compliance audit requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard creation, data analysis, training matrices, and tracking systems.
• Experience administering and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
