The role requires a university degree, advanced English, and experience in training and organizational development, including in the automotive industry. You will ensure compliance and support audits related to DNC compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop organizational development strategies.

• Conduct training for unionized and administrative staff.
• Ensure legal compliance and follow up on internal and external audits for DNC compliance.
