Responsabilidades

• Perform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teams.
• Execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data-driven conclusions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Conduct successful lab trials and product demonstrations.
