Learn more at .# **Primary Responsibilities*** Lead scale‐up of new and existing products and translate formulations into clear manufacturing instructions.* Validate process parameters, equipment settings, and quality methods.* Investigate deviations, perform root‐cause analysis, and implement CAPAs.* Provide technical support to production and participate in MOC activities.* Drive continuous improvement using statistical and process‐control tools.* Manage raw material qualifications, evaluations, and substitutions.* Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Service.* Ability to travel up to 10%.# # **Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science with 6 years of experience; *or* Master’s degree with 4 years of experience; *or* PhD with 2 years of experience.* Experience in chemical manufacturing and product scale‐up.* Background in adhesives, polymers, coatings, or chemical processes.# # **Preferred Requirements*** Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC, 8D, FMEA, 5S).* Experience with 1K/2K polyurethane technologies (solvent‐based and solvent‐free).* Familiarity with analytical techniques (FTIR, DSC, viscosity, solids, etc.).* Bilingual: English and Spanish.# # **Work Environment*** Work performed in both plant and office settings.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for sample handling.* Must follow all plant safety protocols and PPE requirements.#LI-OA1*H.B.
