H.B. Fuller Mexico S.A de C.V. seeks a senior process engineer to lead scale-up, validate process parameters, and drive improvement in a plant/office setting in Monterrey. The role requires a chemistry or engineering degree with extensive manufacturing experience and a background in polymers or adhesives.

Preferred bilingual English/Spanish, with up to 10% travel. You will collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful product launches and robust processes.

• Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
• PhD with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and product scale-up.
• Background in adhesives, polymers, coatings, or chemical processes.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPAs.

• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Service.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Background in adhesives, polymers, coatings, or chemical processes

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC, 8D, FMEA, 5S)
• Experience with 1K/2K polyurethane technologies (solvent-based and solvent-free)
• Familiarity with analytical techniques (FTIR, DSC, viscosity, solids, etc.)
• Bilingual: English and Spanish

Work Environment

Work performed in both plant and office settings. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for sample handling. Must follow all plant safety protocols and PPE requirements. #LI-OA1
