Formación

• High School Diploma, Associate/Technical degree, or bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in electronic tools (e.g., SFDC, HBF tools).
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Perform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teams.
• Execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data-driven conclusions.
• Support key accounts through training, application startup, and troubleshooting.
