Job summary

Motorcar Parts de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage cash receipts, postings, and collections in Tijuana. You will work with ERP systems including SAP, Netsuite, and QAD AR, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities include preparing the Invoice Register and Cash Receipts Journal, communicating with customers to resolve discrepancies, and providing clerical AR support as needed. Strong math, detail, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash receipts posting and journal balancing.
• AR processes and invoice coordination experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Netsuite, QAD AR).

Responsibilities

• Record checks and balance Cash Receipts Journal and deposits.
• Perform collection calls/emails on past due accounts daily/weekly.
• Prepare reports: Invoice Register after closing date, Cash Receipts Journal and Breakdown of account after posting all checks.
• Follow up on outstanding chargebacks and discrepancies.
• Clerical support including filing, scanning and other administrative tasks.
