You will analyze accounts receivable transactions, monitor payment applications, and generate monthly management reports, maintaining open communication with local teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recover the value of credit sales within the period authorized by the company.
• Reach or exceed the overdue target and minimize bad debt.
• Create synergy between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and the Local Team to resolve collection issues.
• Apply Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 in daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process, providing administrative support for the process.
