Job summary

Henkel GCC is seeking an Accountant Collector to lead timely recovery of the assigned credit portfolio, analyze AR transactions, and generate monthly reports. You will coordinate with local teams and leadership to meet targets and minimize uncollectible accounts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and ensuring accurate payment applications, with a strong focus on governance and quality management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with macros and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and AR analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and Power BI familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recover the value of credit sales in the period authorized by the company from customers under its responsibility.
• Reach or exceed the overdue target and minimize bad debt.
• Create synergy between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Local Team to resolve collection issues.
• Apply Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015 in daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process and provide administrative support.
