Arrow Electronics in Guadalajara is seeking a Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate to manage payment collection and negotiate plans. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve disputes, and coordinate with sales to review orders and releases.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong negotiation and English fluency, and solid Excel skills. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered to support a stable AR operations team.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in collections or AR roles.
• Strong negotiating abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and follow up on disputes; collect outstanding balances.
• Take action on accounts (credit holds, collections, holding orders).
• Collaborate with sales across US, Canada and international teams to review orders and set release limits based on research.
