Job summary

Incora is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in ensuring accurate, timely supplier payments and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role supports the AP Manager, manages payment runs, vendor data, and other auditable activities within a controlled framework.

You will provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the AP team to consistently deliver high standards of financial activities, while identifying risks and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant Accounts Payable experience and best practices.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in transition processes is beneficial.
• Experience operating in an integrated ERP system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in Accounts Payable processes and guide Clerks to deliver timely financial services.
• Support and have delegated authority for payment runs and data setups.
• Ensure monthly processing within SLA.
• Provide oversight of payment runs including manual and urgent payments.
• Lead vendor management activities in the system.
• Act as quality controller across AP function for policy consistency.
• Assist AP Manager with targets, plans and risk mitigation.
• Be the point of contact for AP-related questions across the org.
• Assist daily AP transactions as required.
• Identify and participate in improvement activities at dept/company level.

Education

Higher Degree Education(preferably in Finance/Accounting)
