Job summary

incora is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments. You will support the AP Manager with processes, data setups and auditable actions while maintaining strong internal controls in a primarily office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Accounts Payable experience and best practices.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in conducting the transition process beneficial.
• Experience of operating in an integrated ERP system beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be a SME in Accounts Payable processes and guide Clerks to deliver timely, accurate financial services.
• Support and have delegated authority for payment runs and base data setups.
• Ensure monthly processing is completed within SLA.
• Provide oversight of payment runs, including manual and urgent payments.
• Oversee Vendor Management processes (set up in the system).
• Lead and act as quality controller across all AP aspects to ensure policy consistency and service quality.
• Support AP Manager in setting performance targets and risk mitigation plans; monitor day-to-day progress.
• Act as main contact for operational questions across the AP function.
