Vertiv seeks an AP Supervisor to lead the Accounts Payable team, ensuring compliant and timely processing of invoices, payments, and related documentation. You will drive process optimization, standardize controls, and partner with the AP Manager to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the P2P cycle.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytics, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Oracle ERP; DataServ familiarity is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; BI/automation tools desirable.
• Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the plant’s AP processes for compliance with policies and controls.
• Review invoices for accuracy against PO, receipt and contracts.
• Address complex AP issues including PO/receipt mismatches and GL coding.
• Supervise the AP team with guidance in daily activities.
• Monitor, analyze and report KPI performance with corrective actions.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency with AP Manager.
• Provide invoice and payment support to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure excellent vendor relationships and timely responses to escalations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance initiatives.
