DSV is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support core Accounts Payable operations within the North America Shared Services team. You will handle a high volume of vendor and internal inquiries, research invoice discrepancies in SAP, and ensure timely payment processing.

You will post invoices in SAP, perform reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accurate vendor records and strong vendor relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Handle high-volume inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Excellent communication: written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of AP inquiries from vendors and internal teams with timely resolution.
• Research outstanding invoices in SAP to determine payment status and delays.
• Review aging reports to ensure invoices are accounted for and recorded.
• Post invoices in SAP and correct entries for proper reprocessing.
• Identify root causes and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to management with documentation and analysis.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with AP aging analysis and reconciliation of the AP sub-ledger.
• Support vendor compliance and maintain vendor records.
• Provide guidance to operations on AP-related inquiries and processes.
• Assist with special projects and reports as needed by AP leadership.
