DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks an Accounting Assistant to support core Accounts Payable operations in our North America Shared Services team. You will handle a high volume of vendor and internal inquiries, research invoice discrepancies in SAP, and help prevent payment delays through root-cause analysis and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional handling of inquiries.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and respond to a high volume of accounts payable inquiries from vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Research outstanding invoices in SAP to determine payment status and identify reasons for delays or discrepancies.
• Review vendor aging and past-due reports to ensure invoices are properly recorded.
• Post invoices in SAP, correct entries, and reprocess as needed.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to management with documentation and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence resolution and support operations.
• Monitor AP aging reports and assist with reconciliation of the AP sub-ledger.
• Maintain accurate vendor statements and relationships.
• Support special projects and reporting as assigned by AP leadership.
