Fashion United is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6‑month temporary assignment. The role handles non-PO and PO invoices, file uploads, and RTVs across multiple systems, ensuring accurate posting and timely payments.

You will resolve invoice issues in partnership with internal customers and support month-end close. The ideal candidate holds a finance or accounting degree, demonstrates strong analytical skills, data entry speed, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting
• Experience with accounts payable processes and data entry
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems favored

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices, files, RTVs, and credits
• Analyze anomalies and determine posting steps for 50+ scenarios
• Investigate problems and perform root cause analysis for long-term resolution
• Self-assess tax on invoices and ensure accurate postings
• Assist with month-end close and cross-functional coordination
• Maintain documentation and follow internal controls for approvals and records
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to deliver timely service
