Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an Accounts Payable Staff to process, code, and reconcile invoices and vendor statements while ensuring accurate, timely payments. The role involves investigating discrepancies, supporting month-end close, and producing AP-related reports such as KPI, GRNI, and aging.

Responsibilities include handling queries, maintaining documentation, training junior staff, and improving processes within the Finance & Accounting function.

Qualifications

• Economics/Finance related secondary studies or bachelor’s degree (or in progress) required, studies in economics is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages a plus.
• Proficient data entry and management; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and reconcile invoices and vendor statements.
• Investigate discrepancies and support month-end close.
• Produce AP-related reports such as KPI, GRNI, and aging.
• Respond to internal and external queries; maintain procedure documentation.
