Vertiv in Mexicali seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead production operations, drive targets, and ensure safety compliance. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing, scheduling, engineering, logistics, and stores to keep lines flowing and on-time shipments.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and holds mechanical or electrical qualifications, with strong KPI and safety awareness.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in supervisory/management in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP production control systems.
• Proven track record of leading to meet production targets.
• Experience with KPI monitoring to help achieve business goals.
• Health & Safety awareness in a factory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact daily with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Team Lead Support, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores personnel to meet deadlines and ship products on time.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews, and performance reviews with the team.
• Identify training needs and assess performance to maximize output and engagement.
• Lead efforts to meet production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.
