Job summary
A leading automotive company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced sales representative to assist walk-in customers and manage sales activities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in a related field, bilingual English and Arabic skills, and a pleasant demeanor. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
- Good English & Arabic communication skills.
- Computer literate and pleasant appearance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers based on rental/leasing needs.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to grow leasing business.
- Plan and monitor weekly/monthly/yearly sales activities.

- Meet sales and profit targets set by Management.
- Promote the brand and attract new customers.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and new products.
- Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage existing accounts and promote new offers.
- Follow‑up on lease contract renewals and customer payments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Division Manager/Management per business needs.
- Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in related field (automotive industry would be an advantage).
- Good English & Arabic communication skills.
- Computer literate; multi‑tasking.
- Pleasant appearance; customer oriented.
- Kuwait based; transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa)
