Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver engaging art workshops that inspire creativity and cater to participants of varying skill levels.
  2. Communicate effectively with participants, providing clear instructions and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  3. Demonstrate various art techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and mixed media, to enhance participants' understanding and skills.
  4. Assess participant progress throughout workshops and provide constructive feedback to encourage artistic growth.
  5. Organize and facilitate community art events and exhibitions to showcase participants' artwork and promote engagement.
  6. Maintain an organized and well‑stocked workshop space, ensuring all materials are available and safe for use.
  7. Stay updated on current trends in art and education to continually improve workshop offerings and teaching methods.
  8. Collaborate with store management to promote workshops and engage with the community through marketing efforts.
  9. Encourage participants to explore their creativity and develop their unique artistic voice.
  10. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and artistic knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
  1. A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing personal artistic work.
