Job description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing's operations, ensuring seamless coordination with tenants, marketing agency, and the internal marketing team. In addition, the role extends to specialized projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive floor presence, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely execution of all activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for tenants for all marketing-related matters.
  • Coordinate and support tenant activations, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Ensure on-ground execution of marketing initiatives is timely and in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain active floor presence to monitor, support, and report on activities.
Campaign & Social Media Support
  • Assist in executing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and approvals.
  • Liaise with the social media agency for content posting, ensuring tenants are covered across platforms.
  • Follow up with tenants/agencies to provide campaign materials (photos, videos, artwork, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on coverage and results.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Organize and document meetings with tenants, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Track tasks, timelines, and deadlines to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Skills
