Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Kuwait is seeking a friendly Concierge/Bellperson to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to the reception or other areas. You will work closely with the Front Office and Bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities include assisting with taxis and transportation, providing accurate information on hotel facilities and local attractions, and maintaining a polished appearance of the entrance and lobby.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with doors, luggage, and directions.
• Escort guests to reception or appropriate areas and coordinate with Bellmen.
• Assist with hailing taxis and arranging transportation for guests.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain a professional image and monitor entrance, driveway, and lobby appearance.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to manage arrivals and departures.
• Assist with handling packages and special guest arrangements as needed.
• Keep the Duty Log updated and maintain security protocols at all times.
