Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Kuwait City is seeking a friendly and proactive Bell Staff/Concierge to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and direct visitors to the reception or appropriate areas.

You will coordinate with Bellmen and Front Office, arrange transportation, maintain a professional entrance, and provide accurate information on hotel services and local attractions while upholding the hotel’s image and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive or depart
• Open doors and assist with luggage for guests
• Escort guests to reception or appropriate areas
• Coordinate with Bellmen and Front Office for smooth arrivals/departures
• Assist with hailing taxis and arranging transportation
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions
• Maintain a neat, secure entrance and lobby area
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Assist with handling packages and deliveries as needed
• Support Front Office/Concierge during busy periods
• Know hotel events and guest preferences for personalized service
