Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking a Guest Relation Officer who will help ensure the smooth operation of the Guest Relations Department within the Rooms Division. You will assist in delivering outstanding service to guests and colleagues while upholding Hyatt brand standards.

The role requires a relevant hospitality or tourism qualification, at least 2 years in hotel operations, and strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills. Arabic language skills are essential.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
