Job summary

Hilton Kuwait is seeking a Personal Concierge / Guest Relations - Supervisor to manage the daily front office and guest services operations. You will lead front desk agents and guest service representatives to deliver outstanding hospitality and seamless check-in/check-out experiences, while ensuring VIP guests receive exceptional attention.

The role requires strong leadership, guest-centric communication, and proficiency with PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven front office/guest service management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
