Simpl!t ME is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver excellent service for our SMB customers. You will become a subject matter expert across our business software suite and help clients maximize value by guiding usage and troubleshooting.

Join a small but growing team with cross-functional collaboration among developers, consultants, project managers and sales professionals. This role emphasizes autonomy, learning, and contributing to customer success across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience aligned with business and/or software.
• Affinity with software that handles business functions (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other platforms provided by our suite).
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on all features and functions within the provided software applications.
• Provide expertise to clients seeking to use our applications effectively.
• Document clients' needs, problems, interventions and interactions; escalate technical issues to the development team.
• Boost customer satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that tracks progress against teammates.
• Territory: MENA or APAC.
• Learn about an increasingly important technology and become a product expert; internal certification available.
• Respond quickly to tickets with quality responses to help clients reach business success.
• Handle tickets across different time zones.
