Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with doctors and lead office teams toward top business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and high-quality patient care.

The PMO will drive leadership development, coordinate training, and ensure effective scheduling and decision-making across supported offices, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in professional settings.
Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

Lead and support PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
Set annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
Ensure alignment with Doctors and teams through servant leadership and daily huddles.
Partner with recruiting and support office to onboard new team members.
Support Doctors to prioritize CE and plan scheduling for education and leadership programs.
