Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with doctors and lead teams in a fast-paced dental setting. The role emphasizes servant leadership, performance alignment, and ongoing professional development.

The PMO will support the Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations focus, coordinating meetings, trainings, and onboarding to ensure patient care remains the priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or an Associate degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and priorities of Doctors and teams through servant leadership.
• Lead and participate in weekly team meetings and monthly synergy sessions to drive performance.
• Maintain alignment with the Doctor through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles and regular touchpoints.
• Support the Doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations focus philosophy across the practice.
• Assist in onboarding new team members in partnership with recruiting and support offices.
