Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC in Hoover, AL is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to serve as a trusted business partner to the Doctor and lead a team dedicated to delivering the best patient care in the community.

This PMO role focuses on strategic goals, staff development, daily huddles, schedule planning, and financial alignment with the Doctor’s objectives, while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and trends to develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support Doctor prioritization, planning, and blocking schedules for CE and leadership programs.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and ensure proper selection within the practice.
