Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team and support the Doctors and staff at our Sterling-area office. The PMO will drive leadership, training, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes business partnership with Doctors, staff coaching, and achievement of annual goals through structured meetings and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Support Doctors and teams through regular meetings, huddles and goal alignment.
• Partner with Doctors to identify and develop quarterly/annual financial goals.
• Onboard new team members via recruiting partnerships and support office.
