Qualifications:

• This is a client-side, full-time position based on the construction site.
• Reports to both the project director and the client.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in international industrial, science, or data center project management.
• Experience with general contractors is highly preferred.
• Proficient in local language and English, both verbal and written.
• End-to-end responsibility for project cost and commercial activities, aiming to complete projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong knowledge of local and international contract documents and pricing strategies.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, procurement, interfaces, and commercial reporting.
• Lead the cost and commercial management team on-site from the client side.
• Understanding of earned value management for project performance monitoring.
