Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create and promote accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Assess candidate interest and compatibility with ION culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Share best practices in interviewing techniques with hiring managers.
- Develop a network of internal and external resources for recruitment needs.
- Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding strategies.
- Promote company values, culture, and passion.
- Distribute engaging employer brand content.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices.
- Use data from ATS and feedback to recommend improvements.
- Identify industry best practices and nurture networks and partnerships to elevate our brand.
Requirements
- Focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Be ambitious, efficient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Build relationships across disciplines and time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and utilize recruitment software tools.
- Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven success in recruiting, especially in the tech sector.
- Experience recruiting for all levels up to senior positions.
- Knowledge of candidate tracking systems.
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
- Ability to share best practices and become a subject matter expert.
- Ability to advise hiring managers on talent acquisition.
